Preparing the Ingredients
Finely chop the garlic and prepare all the remaining ingredients.
Sautéing the Garlic
Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 1–2 minutes, until golden and fragrant.

Add the apple cider vinegar, water, and tomato paste to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
